Come enjoy a unique dining experience with the Buffalo Trace Family and custom pairings created by Fork & Barrel. As you arrive sip on our custom Where the Buffalo Roam Cocktail as you begin your journey with Master Distiller from Buffalo Trace and Chef Geoffrey Heyde.
NOSE: The aroma is thick with wood — as you might expect — and notes of vanilla and butterscotch over cinnamon apple tart
FLAVOR: On the tongue you’ll find classic baking spices up front followed by notes of roasted almonds, sweet bell pepper, fresh wood, and a hint of apple
FINISH: The finish is medium length with a lingering spice
