Come enjoy a unique dining experience with Jefferson’s Reserve Bourbon and custom pairings created by Fork & Barrel. As you arrive sip on our custom When Pigs Fly Cocktail as you begin your journey with Jennifer Arnett from Jefferson’s Reserve and Chef Geoffrey Heyde.
Also opportunities to win bottles of Bourbon and a private tour and tasting for eight people at Jefferson’s Reserve.
NOSE: The aroma is thick with wood — as you might expect — and notes of vanilla and butterscotch over cinnamon apple tart
FLAVOR: On the tongue you’ll find classic baking spices up front followed by notes of roasted almonds, sweet bell pepper, fresh wood, and a hint of apple
FINISH: The finish is medium length with a lingering spice
