Jefferson’s Reserve will be joining us for an exclusive tasting of 4 bourbons and culinary pairings. Enjoy an amazing meal along with an expert brand ambassador to take you on a journey thru these unique pairings you cannot experience anywhere else.

    Crispy Apricot Pork Belly "Burnt Ends", Bourbon BBQ Sauce

    NOSE: Blackberry, black cherry, licorice, dark chocolate

    NOSE: The aroma is thick with wood — as you might expect — and notes of vanilla and butterscotch over cinnamon apple tart FLAVOR: On the tongue you'll find classic baking spices up front followed by notes of roasted almonds, sweet bell pepper, fresh wood, and a hint of apple FINISH: The finish is medium length with a lingering spice
